Pin <name> uses I/O standard <name>, but shares an input reference with pins using I/O standard <name>

CAUSE: The specified input pin uses the specified I/O standard, but shares an input reference with pins using the other, specified I/O standard.
ACTION: Use the same I/O standard for all input pins using one VREF. For different standards, use different VREFs.
