Port of type <type> of the <type> <name> has fanout to non-global destinations, but port of type <type> can feed only globally


CAUSE: The specified port of the specified ClockLock PLL has fanout to non-global destinations, but this port can feed only globally. This message can appear if you used a global buffer between the specified port and some of its destinations, or you assigned the Global Signal logic option to some but not all destinations, or you set the Global Signal logic option to Off for some destinations. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display non-global destinations.
ACTION: Remove the global buffer that exists between the specified port and non-global destinations, or assign the Global Signal logic option to all non-global destinations, or change the Global Signal logic option setting to On for all non-global destinations that appear in the submessage(s) below.
