Quartus

Can't find Compiler settings <name> in the Compiler Settings File. These settings are needed for simulation.

CAUSE: The Simulator cannot find the specified Compiler settings, which are required to simulate the design, in the Compiler Settings File (.csf). This error may occur if you manually edit the CSF in the Text Editor. The CSF must contain the specified Compiler settings before the Simulator can use them.
ACTION: Specify the Compiler settings for the design or add them manually to the CSF using the Text Editor, and then compile the design before performing the timing or functional simulation.
