Region with lower-left corner at <number>, <number> and upper-right corner at <number>, <number> requires <number> globally routed signals but can contain only <number> globally routed signals

CAUSE: You made location assignments on the nodes for the specified region in the device. However, the nodes in the region require more global signals than can fit in the region. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details about which signals are globally routed signals.
ACTION: To avoid receiving this message in the future, remove the location assignments on the nodes or turn off the Global Signal logic option for the nodes in the region.
