Quartus

Project does not contain a Compiler Settings File -- use Compiler Settings wizard to specify compilation focus point

CAUSE: You selected Compiler Settings in the Category list in the Settings dialog box, but the project does not have a Compiler Settings File (.csf), which allows you to create Compiler settings. This message can occur if you did not use the New Project wizard to create the project. You cannot continue unless the project contains a CSF and any other necessary settings and configuration files.
ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then use the Compiler Settings wizard to specify a focus point for the compilation. The focus point automatically becomes a top-level entity and the Quartus II software creates a corresponding CSF. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the New Project wizard to create projects and the necessary settings and configuration files, rather than creating projects manually.
